General Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made through our online shop by customers worldwide, including the sale of physical goods and digital content.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase agreement is concluded with:
Pascal Muders
Hinter den Kämpen 9a
40489 Düsseldorf
Germany

 3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our acceptance by sending an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and Shipping

All prices are in EUR and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout. For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or fees may apply.

5. Delivery and Provision

- Physical goods are shipped to the address provided.
- Digital content (e.g., e-books, software, online courses) will be made available via download or online access immediately after payment confirmation.

6. Payment Methods

We accept various international payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). Your account will be charged when the order is placed.

7. Right of Withdrawal

For physical products:
Consumers within the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For digital products:
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- the consumer expressly agrees that we begin the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- acknowledges that he/she thereby loses the right of withdrawal upon the start of the execution.

During checkout, the customer must actively consent to these conditions before purchasing digital content.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Compatibility and Technical Requirements

For digital products, the buyer must ensure that the technical requirements (e.g., device, software, internet connection) are met before purchasing. We provide necessary compatibility information on the product pages.

10. VAT on Digital Products (EU Customers)

When selling digital content to private consumers within the EU, VAT is charged based on the customer’s country of residence (EU VAT rules for digital services). We participate in the EU's One-Stop-Shop (OSS) procedure for VAT compliance.

11. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence remain unaffected.

12. Jurisdiction

If the customer is a merchant or resides outside the EU, the place of jurisdiction shall be our business location.
