Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the physical goods, or
- in the case of digital content, from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method), within 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.

Special Notes for Digital Content:
If you have agreed that the execution of the contract for digital content shall begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, no refund shall be granted for digital products once access has been provided.
